Astrology is basically a database collected over centuries. It relates to movement of celeatial bodies through different constellations and these movements have been observed over centuries. Astrology isn't just any New Age mumbo-jumbo. In fact true astrology hasn't much to do with New Age at all, it's age-old wisdom. It has been in use since ages and more so in the New Age world. Although it is being used in New Age world, it is being applied and used in a manner that would not find approval with much of astrologers who call themselves purists.
